yes, still can't open email page, when I try to access email, it goes through the normal steps of signing in, the loading then a blank grey square pops up and show it is working , but it never opens, keeps giving me this

I can only login to hughesnet or hughesnet email through fire fox, when I try to log in normally, its says "loading" and nothing happens. This change occurred today. Is there a problem at hughesnet?

When I try to open hughesnet mailbox I get the message HTTP ERROR 504 Problem accessing ZCS upstream server. Reason: Cannot connect to the ZCS upstream server. Connection timeout. everything else is working fine, I notice the email icon shows Zimbra now, it lets me log in as usual but will hang on "loading" then the error message pops up

Normally from menu button at the top of my Hughesnet homepage Menu, sometimes from the email button in Menu of community support. Now I am getting the error Network request failed with status 504- "Gateway Time-out" weather here is sunny , 88 deg, slight breeze. No rain since 4 AM this morning. It was ok during and after that until about 10 or 11 AM. The sign in is OK, then email page opens and says "loading" email count shows but after 2 or 3 minutes, the error message comes on.

As of around 10 to 11 AM my email was ok, now I get the error Fault error: system failure: getting database connection, system failure: getting database connection. This comes up in the spot that normally shows incoming email. Any suggestions? WR

since Hughesnet reworked their homepage on MyHughesnet, In the upper right hand corner is a small window that pops up a "now playing" item. Does this use up allowance and can it be shut off other than physically hiting the stop button? Even then it returns after I return to homepage. Wm R

can I customize what shows on my Hughesnet homepage? there are some parts I could care less about seeing and some such as the "now playing "at the top right area that I don't want . It starts automatically. How do I shut it off permanently?

Liz, I apologize for not answering your questions but I am not computer literate. My other machine quit so I replaced it. I do not have a phone to check it with. I did use my wife's computer and logged into my email. It logged in ok but still the contact list and emailed contact list are both empty. you mention trying from other tha HN . did you mean like Yahoo or foxfire? thank you for being patient

Ok, I turn on computer, log in then cllick on MS Edge icon . That opens MyHughesnet home page. I click on Email in upper right corner, login screen comes up, I click that and it goes to white screen a note at the bottom left says , "waiting for cache" then sometimes a grey box appears in mid screen with "loading" below it. some times that goes out then blank white screen, other times it justs keeps saying "loading" The menu bar shows https://email.hughes.net. when I do finally access the page, all emailed contacts and contacts saved are gone. This is the same problem I had a few weeks ago on my old computer
