24 month contract

I first came to hughes.net in 2010 and finally upgraded to Gen5 and Hughes Voice in 2017.

Am I in my 10th year of a 24 month contract ?

ot a third year of a contract with Gen5 and a Hughes Voice?

maybe  one yr into my second contract with Hughes voice?

I currently have a tech support case number into its 3rd week  of no dial tone.

What are my cancellations options about Voice Service today?

If you upgraded to Gen 5 in 2017 you're no longer under contract.  To cancel, you need to call the 800 number.

      thanks.

what if I called and tech support sent out a NEW ATA voice modem last week.

      is that a contract renewal?

        That's equipment replacement.

Right, but it's still the only way to cancel, unfortunately.

Really?  Is this supposed to be an actual question?

Last I looked, Hughesnet had neither ten year contracts, nor three year contracts.

GabeU      No need to spend time on the question. Lis is already following this case number and the one before that.

just today phone tech wanted to send a service man to my house to do tests from here.

I thought it might be easier to purchase a land line from AT&T  and drop the Hughes Voice.

but Everyone is discontinuing Land lines.
