After reading all the negative reviews and complaints should I stop my purchase of Hughes net service before they come out and install it?

Just trying to get someones attention.  All it would take is 5 mins on the phone from someone that spoke English and did not read from a script to resolve my issue and I could go back to using my sub par service once again.
