Due to Covid 19, my business has been shut down by our state until May 15. I dont need service and am paying business internet prices. What can I do?

I don't know if Business plans allow this, but you may be able to suspend the service for the time you don't need it. You'd have to call and ask, though, as this is primarily a residental service support community and the reps don't have much ability when it comes to business plans.
