Equipment return
My service will cancel on June 17. They said they will send a return box but only mention the modem, power supply, and radio. I also have the Fusion multipath and power supply plus the antenna. Will ...
They know what equipment you have, and either the box will be big enough or they will send more than one. If there's an error, give them a call.
Thanks! It's all going back even if I have to pay for part of it. I hope they send a box big enough and save me the expense.
Actually, don't do that (pay for it, I mean). They send the box/boxes with labels that contain information to tie the return to your account. If they get a random box with stuff, it might not get processed and it will be much more complicated for you to get the return acknowledged.
