I am experiencing the same things you are-exactly! We only get two weeks of service and then two weeks of pretty much no service at all. I pay for a full month.
You use up the full month's data in two weeks. Your data package is limited. Budget the data or buy tokens.

Sorry you feel that way. I'm not in any way trying to antagonize you -- the reality of a satellite internet data package is you have to budget the data you have to make it last through the month, or you have to buy tokens to extend it. It's just the way it works. They don't use your data; you do. Streaming and online gaming eat data like crazy, so if you have a limited amount of data, it'll get drained very fast.
