Are you a business or residential account holder? EDIT: It seems you may be a business account holder, since you mention your business. This community is for residential customers only, unfortunately. Business account holders need to contact 800.347.3272, which you may have already done.
Business I have talked to everyone along with multiple "managers" This is 100% truthful and not over exaggerated
Yeah, I thought you probably would've called the toll-free number already. Sadly, the reps on this site have limited capabilities when it comes to business accounts; otherwise they might have been able to help. According to the subscriber agreement for business accounts, dispute resolution is via binding arbitration. The document explains the procedure to follow.
