I dropped acp and now I want to upgrade

I sent a email about upgrade and I was told I could get a lot more data by upgrading .  I was told to just go to my plan and change it. Each time I try to do that I get a message to contact customer ...

In your case, it would be best to give us a call at 866.347.3292 at your convenience to upgrade your service plan.
