I was doubled charged on my last bill.

On June 22 of 2026 I was double charged on my bill. I contacted customer service and denied account credit and the lady said the funds would be deposited in 24 to 48 hours. It's been a week now ( 5 actually business days). Still no sign of the funds being sent. When I check the app it says -120 owed. How do I resolve this and get my double charge back

    Your best bet is to wait for one of the HN reps on this site to reply to your post and investigate the case.  The reps are typically around M-F (except holidays) from 9 to 5 (or a little later).   Hopefully they'll get back to you today or tomorrow.
