Is there a voice only service?

I mostly use Starlink, but have kept Hughesnet around as a backup, and I use the voice plan. It's marginally more reliable than Wifi calling over Starlink.

Yesterday there was a major Starlink outage, so I switched to my backup Hughesnet.   I was barely able to load a web page on my Iphone browser.   It's like not using any data for several months caused Hughesnet to go comatose.

I like the idea of having a backup voice, but it's hard to justify the cost if the data service is so bad.  Hughesnet is always been kind of second rate for data, but never the total disaster it was yesterday.

So curious if there's a voice only plan on either business or residential for like $50/mo?
