No Pro-rated refund

I cancelled my service on6/7/25 but my bill was paid on 5/27/25 and Hughesnet refuses to stop my service until the next billing cycle and no pro-rate my billing and credit me from the 6th-27th. Said it was my fault and I should not of paid for the next billing period. It was set up to automatically come out of my account and I needed service until the 6th. 
is there a way to get credit for unused service!

    Unless you ask for the service to be cancelled immediately (that is, the day you call to cancel), they cancel it at the end of the next billing cycle.  You're in the right place, though; the reps here can check your account and help with this issue.  It will probably be next week, though.  

    Hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly for you.
