Payment "reversed", service suspended and missing money....
I set up automatic payment through my bank but I didn't get the money in there before Hughesnet attempted to collect. Dang. So I went on the app to try to pay with my card instead but I couldn't. So ...

You may have to wait a little longer for the money to be credited, due to accounting cycles -- but you may want to call the 800 number and asked to be transferred to accounting, or billing, or to whatever department deals with issues like this. I'd save the dispute for last, because you'd have to wait even longer for your money.
