Regarding quickly closed thread on committment end date

Why does my dashboard say "Commitment End Date 10/22/2016" when I contracted for the Gen4 service early in June, 2014. Did one of the zillion phone reps I talked to slip me a new one when I wasn't looking?
Isn't a contract period 2 calendar years?

The thread was actually removed by maratsade but I re-opened it to post the answer for other users. The Commitment End Date shows as your last payment date because you're already out of commitment. That's an odd glitch, so I'll let our billing team know. Thanks!
Amanda - It looked like a good thread but I couldn't make it work. It gave me this error when I tried to open a reply.
"This conversation is no longer open for comments or replies." - I had closed my own thread because after posting it I saw someone had told me where to locate the info about when I joined HN -- I checked the invoices and there it was. I didn't want to add a new thread because I already had the answer. :) I also get the commitment line in the other area where the "Customer since" info should be.
