Committed scammers
I see that anyone reporting genuine concerns gets blocked by Hughesnet. How about taking care of your customers instead of bullying them and trying to coerce them.

1. Not anyone.
2. Think you need to look up 'bully' and 'coerce' in the dictionary. No one's doing that here.

Besides, when someone calmly reports genuine concerns, they're addressed. Angry, disgruntled posters who throw tantrums have no business here.

If you have proof can you post it?
A post like this needs to be looked into.
If you don't have proof then it is just a waste of time.

Absolute and unequivocal nonsense. HughesNet only blocks those who can't follow the rules and/or guidelines or that of common decorum on the website they're posting on.
Edit: And "scammers"? Present your evidence.

Hi Mnash,
Welcome to the community, I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. The HughesNet community has other boards in which subscribers can post; our most active ones being the tech support board and the account and billing board. There you can see many subscribers reaching out and receiving help from other subscribers like yourself, or in other cases, from HughesNet reps.
This community is primarily a self-help stop for you and all residential HughesNet subscribers, along with these other support resources.
I hope that clears things up for you. :) Have a great weekend!
Thanks,Liz
