Very disappointing
I started service was Hughesnet and it was the worst mistAke I could have made to the start the services I advise I only stream I have a fire stick and my son plays on his PlayStation the guy assured me this would be enough data to last me the month, I cancel my previous service with another provider due to pricing but I received good service the first month was great no buffering the 2nd month I started noticing lag in my services the 3rd month is when the services started getting worst nothing new was happening why is my services buffering I barely could watch a show I called and was told about tokens ($) I received an email but one get 2 free but I had ordered tokens the day before well being I had horrible services I ask if I could use the email received she told me no this is for today you ordered yesterday. I ask about etf because I was considering cancelled I ask for my fee to be waived due to all my issues I was told no because I was in a contract I advise I was lied too when I signed up for the services I would have never switch over if I was told this would not be a good fit even though I was paying higher I received good service nobody listens in the customer service department I was told I was at the highest plan then told I could go higher for over 200 a month I could have stayed with my previous provider finally today I cancelled my service. Highness does the bate and switch lie to get you to signup then blame you for using what I was told I could use just to get me to signup up !!
