What a scam

I signed up jan 20th. And have had VERY LITTLE TO NO internet. Ive called been on hold for 3 hours passed around. Told the would call me had to miss 2 days of work. I NEVER got a call back. Was told 4 more times some one would call. NOTHING such a scam..... No one's willing to help. CAN ANY ANYONE HELP.......
