Being throttled!!
Man being throttled is just like dial up. 56kps. Rediculous!!
It's supposed to be more than that. You may want to open a ticket under Tech Support. You will need to run some speed tests, though.
From what I can remember dialup was quicker than what I'm getting from hughesnet.
