Backend API is not available (error: 500.00.004)
I am trying to check my usage and possibly purchase tokens, if needed, but this error message is displayed inside the usage area on the app. How do I fix this?
In my experience, the fastest way to deal with app errors is to delete the app, redownload it, and reinstall it.
You can also check your usage and buy tokens here on the community, using the menus at the top of the page.
