can't log into Email
I have the exact same problem as margar in an earlier thread. About two weeks ago I got a 403 error when I tried to log in. In a couple of days the problem went away and I was able to use Email. About 10 days ago when I clicked on MY EMAIL one of two things began to happen. Sometimes when I click MY EMAIL a new tab of Hughes home page will open instead of the log in page. Other times the log in page will open, but when I enter my info the Hughes home page will open instead of my Email. Haven't been able to use my Email for over 10 days. also I can't log out of Hughes home page, and when I came here today I was still logged in from yesterday. I tried to post this yesterday but was unable. Can you help?

A while ago I cleared all "browsing data", and was then able to log in normally and delete 162 emails lol. I was also able to log out of the Hughes home page. Thank all of you for your help.
There was a problem when accessing email from any other location in the portal because of the way the cookies cached in the common login system (skynet).
To get around this: Kill your browser, bring it back up, and then go directly to https://email.hughes.net. It should work following that.
Thank you Mark and Prof. I logged out, shut down/ reopened browser, typed https://email.hughes.net at top of browser,clicked enter, and it opened https://myhughesnet.com (home page).
