email load error

I am having the same issue using the browser interface email.hughes.net, with Thunderbird it appears as a autenication error, logon issue

Sending of username did not succeed. Mail server pop3.hughes.net responded: authentication failed: LOGIN failed

maybe someone from tech support can verify there's an email server problem ?

    I don't use Webmail, but I tested it and I'm also getting an error.

     

    EDIT: When trying to load the inbox, I get this error:

     

    Hopefully Liz  or Remy  can look into this and involve the email people.
