FAP Condition
Hello my service has really been getting worse over the last month or so. I just got onto my account and noticed it's in FAP condition. I don't know if that's what it is or what, but I know it's not doing nothing but getting worse and for the money I pay for it, I'm getting tired of being disconnected every time I turn around or no interent!

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time managing the monthly priority data allotment.
Fap condition refers to our Fair Access Policy. To ensure fair internet access for all Hughesnet subscribers, Hughesnet maintains a Fair Access Policy that establishes an equitable balance in internet access for all Hughesnet subscribers. Similarly to how cell phone providers manage their data plans, Hughesnet assigns an amount of Priority Data to each service plan that may be downloaded or uploaded within a one-month period. Subscribers who exceed their Priority Data amount automatically receive unlimited Standard Data speeds until their next billing cycle. This allows subscribers who did not exceed their plan to receive our fastest speeds. We do this instead of charging for overages or cutting service off like other companies. Standard data speeds are noticeably slower than Priority Data. The speeds may also feel even slower during high-traffic periods.
For more details on the Fair Access Policy for residential customers: https://legal.hughesnet.com/FairAccessPolicy.cfm . Your specific data usage can vary greatly depending on what you are using the service for. Please also review this link http://hninfo.us/datatips for helpful tips.
Lastly, if the issue is simply disconnections, you may want to use your devices a bit closer to the modem as it may be a range issue. -Damian
