Garbage
wow,
was waiting on tech support chat for 50 minutes, 4th time now, and got connected to a rep. But right at the hour mark, the chat disconnected.
I'm not sorry you'll be losing a customer (2 accounts) here in the near future.

Same thing in PA - this is the last straw I’m cancelling they’ve always been garbage but this is ridiculous
