Ground Gateway Location Question

Hello,

Our new Jupiter 3 installation has this IP Gateway Association State - (Data IPGW - J3SSV8STCIGW0205). Does STC mean Santa Clara for our Gateway location? Weather there has been rough. While download speeds have been pretty good, upload speeds have been all over the map. Very inconsistent. The upload speeds started out OK (2-3 Mbs) a couple weeks ago but have changed in the last few days. Before we start chasing things, we figured weather may be the culprit. Just not sure what all the numbers and letters mean in our Gateway association. Thank you.
