HN9000 Connection Problems

My HN9000 has been disconnecting from around 8 or 9pm to 9 or 10am then it works normally this has been going on for about 3 or 4 days. First the TurboPage goes down nothing works no matter how long I wait so I restart the modem then the Recieve and Transmit Status says - Up State Code 30 Too many bad slots. Since it is timed and the signal strength is normal with no bad weather I'm guessing it isn't on my end so is there a problem with the GateWay the Control Center has it listed as AGW TOG Location 63 Boise, ID?

        There shouldn't be any.  Usually when they schedule a dispatch like this as a courtesy there is no cost to the customer.
