HT2000W Getting a 14.1.2 Error and locking up my windows 10 PC

My PC locks up 7 to 10 times a day and when it locks up I loose my internet and phone. I do a hard reset on the PC and when it finishes booting I will have Internet and Phone again without re booting...

    Additionally, since you have filed a complaint, you have effectively frozen any official help here, except from one of us subscribers. You will hear from corporate within 30 days of your complaint.
