hughes not cooperating
I have Ring and my cameras are not working. Ring gave me instructions for Hughes to change some items in my modem and Hughes refuses, what should I do? I spent approx 5 hours on the phone yesterday

Best thing you can do now is wait for the reps on this site to see your post and reply to you. They can work with you on this and clarify issues for you (if there are any). Hang in there.
