Replace My Modem
My Hughesnet modem completely stopped working. The only lights that come on anymore is Lan and Wifi. The power light doesn't even come on. Technical support couldn't fix it and factory reset doesn't work. It was not a new modem when our service was installed a few months ago. Please send a new modem to replace this outdated and faulty one. Thanks...
