Internet down

I’m located in Kansas. Weather has been good, no wind or rain, and the temperatures are above normal for this time year. 
My internet has been down at this time for 12 hours. Made two calls to support and have done all the router check list. I was told that it is a system wide problem that affecting a lot of customers. I am suppose to call back if it’s not working in the next few hours. Just wondering if anyone else in the community chat is having the same issues?

      Sorry you are experiencing the problem, but glad to hear I’m not alone. I have been with Hughesnet for two years and after the initial setup problems were fixed I haven’t had this problem until now.

    I also live in Kansas, and my internet went down about 9:00 last night, 5 Jan.  Called this morning and was told a system outage, should be fix with a couple of hours.  Just got home and still not working.
