Internet is Down
Good evening, I started internet services with HughesNet back in February of 2024 and have head decent service since then. Yesterday evening, after getting home from work, I discovered the internet ...
You may have to call them back to tell them the internet is still down and that you have the same code even though the weather has cleared.
Have you tried unplugging the modem, waiting a few minutes, and then restarting it? May not help, but just in case.
I have unplugged it and plugged it back in a few times with at least 5 minutes in between
