Modem Not Working

My modem does not appear to be working.  The only lights that come on are the power light and the WIFI light.  I tried resetting multiple times.     When trying to access the modem via 192.168.0.1 ...

    Hi OhioDarin,

     

      I'm glad you found the community, thank you for posting. Sounds like you could use another modem, I can't reach out to your site either to run diagnostics. I'll have a new modem shipped to you; you can use the box it comes in to return your old modem. There should be a prepaid shipping label in the outer pouch.

     

    Let us know how the new modem works out for you.
