Outgoing mail failing with error code 0x80048002

outgoing mail is failing with error code 0x80048002

Just started in last two weeks.  Nothing changed on PC since then with email settings.  I am receiving emails just fine.  It is out going that is failing to process.  HeLP!

    Thank you for reaching out! Is the email that's having these issues the same one tied to your Community profile?

      Remy, i'd love to respond correctly but I have no idea what my Community profile is???  Bottom line I have 6 emails in my outbox and when I try sending for that mailbox they just sit there and I receive an error code of 0x8004210B  

      What port should I specify for outgoing mail?

        Is the email that's having the issues the same email you used to create the HN account?
