Outlook email
For the past few days I've been unable to sign into email, or even access the website.
When outlook asks for my hughesnet password it starts searching then I get a failure to connect meaasge, with this :{"SessionId":"4aba7f7f-50ca-df4c-adc3-1e9a15561dc7","Timestamp":1739880972815,"Error":"INTERACTIONREQUIRED"}
Please help!

What have you done to troubleshoot?

So far this is it, other than using the outlook troubleshooter which was no help. That pointed to hughesnet as the problem. When I try do do anything other than this with hughesnet, I get an error reply. I can't even access the website, yet everything else is fine, internet wise.

When you say "the website," is this the Outlook website?
What device are you using to access? Phone, laptop, desktop?
What operating system are you using?
Is your operating system up to date?
What type of Hughesnet service do you have? Fusion, or something else?
Have you restarted your device?
If using a browser, is it up to date? Have you tried using other browsers? Have you cleared history, cache, and cookies? Have you tried incognito mode? Have you tried turning off any add-ons you may have?
Do you have another way to access, something like Verizon hotspot, for example? Do you have anywhere you can go to use their wifi to see if that resolves the problem? (if that happens, then you can demonstrate that this is a HN problem).
Can you access other websites?

I'm using my desktop, windows 10, firefox for a browser.I've updated everything.
When I say website, I mean the hughesnet website. I get an error message when attempting to access it.
403 ERROR
The request could not be satisfied.
Request blocked. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.I can get on any website except hughesnet.

OK. You were also talking about your Outlook email not working.
Are you trying to go to your Hughesnet email? Are you going to this website? : https://my.hughesnet.com/en/overview

Yes, outlook email isn't working, says it can't connect with hughesnet.
I can't get on my account with firefox, but I can with other browsers. No trouble in the past.

If you can get on your account with other browsers, that indicates the problem is with Firefox, no Hughesnet. Try clearing cache, history, and cookies.
