Internet outage
I am without internet in linton indiana

Having same problem in Kansas. I was told it’s a system problem and it’s affecting a lot of customers. Mine has been down for close to 12 hours now. No idea of what the timeframe will be before it works again.

That is around the same time mine went out. On my third call today because they tell me to call back if the Internet doesn’t comes back on in a few hours, and they just said the problem is still unresolved. This rep now said if my internet has been out a full day to call back. That will be in a little less than 6 hrs. Good thing I don’t work from home and depend on the internet to get my job done.
I live in a rural area and there is limited internet sources to pick from. Ugh!

Everyone let me know if customer service got yours to work before I call them. It’s such a hassle to call them and everyone seems to be having the same problem of being down.

Same here in Central Texas, down since last night. Tried the phone calls earlier but no longer luck stuck on hold repeatedly until calls dropped. Chat support was no better.
Hopefully it's up and running soon

chat support is horrible. disconnects after an hour. ours has been out since around 9pm last night in North Texas

Just talked to customer support, they just said they are aware, and are "waiting on the engineers". So I guess I shouldn't be holding my breath! Hope they might offer some kind of credit on the next bill if this lasts too long

That’s about the same time mine went out. I’m in the SE area of KS. I just got off the phone less than 30 min ago and they said they still have a problem.

I was told the engineers are having some system updates on the gateway site where my satellite is getting its signal. It's been close to 24 hours now. I wonder if it has anything to do with starlink moving their satellites closer to earth? I'd also like to know how many people cancel their service after this. Everyone I've talked to that has starlink says it's awesome. After 8 years with Hughesnet, maybe it's time to call up Elon.
