Why is Hughes.net soooooooooooo slooooooowwwwww today June 30, 2016?????

That is very low and explains the slowness and probably you  get lots of freeze ups.  Most likely an alignment or cable issue would be my guess unless there were storms or heavy cloud cover when you took the reading.
