WiFi is acting up
Hi so I have a problem. My WiFi is being weird sometimes the system light and sat light flash non stop other times it’s the system and signal light. Lately it’s been disconnecting and all the lights ...
The lights flash when the system is in use; that's normal.
Don't reset the modem without guidance from a HN customer support person.
The next time you have issues, go to http://www.systemcontrolcenter.com/ and check the state code. If the state code is not 0.0.0, then the system detected a problem and the code will tell you what the problem is.
The HN reps on this site will be back on Monday. They can connect to your modem remotely to see if there's a problem. Keep the modem plugged in and turned on so they can connect to it.
