WiFi is acting up

Here is some more info we went into the SCC and there was three error codes we got 102.7.1 12.8.2 and 12.8.1. Also we have the multipath WL3000 and those are the lights i meant that where flashing cause they never had before. And it also said there was limited connection to the gateway. This started on 2-14-25. Its just confusing cause it lets us watch like streaming services but the moment we play online games it just starts to mess up.
Those codes will need a rep here to check your modem remotely. Even with those codes, you can stream?
