On the 27th of December, I put in for Gen 5 Upgrade. I received my order number, but no UPS tracking number. I called Monday, they said they didnt find a tracking number. Can someone check and see whats going on?
Also, was always under impression, the upgrade would be a modem and dish re-point. But was told, only modem, would stay on the sat im on now. Just me, or that seems like a half upgrade,,yes,,no..Any input would be appreciated....

Normally it can take up to 48 hours to receive a reply. When it's much busier it can take a bit longer. I'll tag the reps in your other post so that they will be sure to see it.
