12.1.9 state code

Ever since upgrading to Jupiter 3  have been getting 12.1.9 transmission error.  Happens daily even when weather is clear and sunny.  Is this a common problem with the Jupiter 3 upgrade? Is there any fix for it?

The weather at your ground station affects connection too.  The ground station is always located in another state, and many states are having bad weather now.  How long does the error message last?  You may want to call the 800 number while it's happening and see what the phone reps can see on their side.

Got in touch with Hughesnet.  Tech came out, found the dish was slightly out of alignment.  Re-aligned dish...so far so good.
