I never set one up so why is it asking for one.

If you're referring to the following, this is normal.  Everyone has to enter a password to enter the WiFi settings, and like Mark said, the default password is admin.

when i go to change wifi password it asked me for admid number and i never made one up at all so idk wat to do ???

Pretty sure it's asking for the administrator password, which I think defaults to just 'admin'.
