Can’t retrieve voicemails

I haven’t been able to retrieve my voicemails. I have them sent to my email and they wont play, I tried going to the portal and they just have a spinning wheel so I can’t retrieve them there either.

Thank you for reaching out to us again and I am sorry to hear this. I will check internally to see if we are having any system issues that may be causing this. In the meantime if you haven't already, try logging in and out of your account as well as clearing the cache and cookies. I will be back with an update soon. -Damian
