Contact customer care with status code 22.3.19

Hello I have no idea what is wrong with my internet. It’s been out for more than a couple days now and the system and WiFi light is out on my modem I am on the fusion plan I do have an appointment scheduled for a technician but I will be at work.

Hopefully someone can be there to receive the tech.  If not, you will need to reschedule. The HN reps on this site can look at your system remotely, but it may be that you actually do need a tech visit.

The technician will reach out to you to confirm your visit. At that point, you'll be able to reschedule if nobody will be on site. It seems you currently have an escalated case as well. I'd expect a call pertaining to it within the next couple of days. Please let us know how the technician visit goes.
