DNS Acceleration errors again.

The DNS acceleration errors  are back again. See screen shot. This has been going on for sometime. We get dropped often because of it but it's getting to the point of not being connected most times.

Last time someone managed to smooth it out for a while but we always get packet loss.

Could we get a tech to look at this.
