FAP Speed?
My FAP speed on Jupiter 3 is 2.20 Download Mbps 2.20 and Upload Mbps 4.46 at 6:18 CST.
I used to get 10 Mbps download in FAP. Is this normal?

According to the subscriber agreement:
All service plan speeds are “up to” and are not guaranteed.
Your speeds may have changed due to more congestion in the area, more accounts opened, etc.
