The upstream issue that caused this has been declared over, I failed to update our sidebar so that is my fault. Have you tried this on more than one device and have you cleared cache and cookies?

Working for me. I believe some users are still experiencing problems due to how their particular traffic is being routed. Note the alert on upper right side of the main page here. Hopefully things will clear up sooner than later.
