They will let us know when they've found a way to fix this. If they haven't posted anything, it means they're still working on it.

I'm still having issues with Drive and all Google Apps, it's dramatically impacting my ability to work. Additionally, we're unable to stream any video from our Roku TV, specifically Netflix & Amazon Prime. We still have anytime data available, so It seems to me there is some system wide throttling on certian apps.
