Hello, my system light went out on my modem and transmit light was blinking, I was without internet for several days, had a tech scheduled and never showed up or called, rescheduled and once again never showed. My system light is back on and I have internet though the transmit light still blinks and I will lose internet for awhile. My question is can a new modem be sent to me, since the techs don't bother to show? Thank you

Hello, I was supposed to have a tech come today between 11-2 and once again did not show up or call. This is the third time now, Can you just send me a new modem and I can send the old one back?
