Poor service all the time No Internet
I have no Internet service most of the time. Working is impossible with no service. No one has been helpful. Replacements don't work, upgrade did not work. Beyond frustrated at this point.
Any suggestions?
Suggestions:
- Stick to one thread. You're spamming the site with multiple posts, and that goes against the rules.
- Provide more context and information about what is happening to your service. What service do you have? Gen 5, Gen 6, Fusion, something else? Does it go down? If so, when (morning/evening/weekends, etc.). Is something else going on with it? What troubleshooting have you already done?
- Provide case numbers if you have them (don't worry if you don't; the reps here can ask you for other information that can allow them to locate your account)
- Are you a residential or business customer?
