So we just switched to HughesNet. On my computer download is 80 mbps and upload is .5 mbps. My wife's computer gets 80 mbps download and 4.5 mbps upload. When I switch my computer back to the old ISP I get 3.5 mbps. So the problem is not my computer or where the dish is pointed. It has to be some sort of setting on my machine that doesn't agree with HughesNet. I have called HughesNet support 3 times and they can't solve my problem (very disappointed). Anyone have any bright ideas?
