How can I report poor customer service?

My internet has been down for over two weeks and I am getting horrible customer service. Is there anyway I can talk to someone who can help me? I have asked to talk to a supervisor and have been told that was not possible. I need to either get my internet on line or someone needs to come and get it!

    Are you a residential or business customer?  If you are a residential customer, please provide some more details and context about your internet issues, but please post in the Tech Support area. Just click the blue button labeled +Start a topic.
