Can someone explain to me why the invoice says that my current bill is last months bill. Seems to me that the current bill should be the month that payment is due. For example: my current bill is 8/18/2019, shouldn't my current bill be 9/18/2019 which is due in 4 days?

Are you referring to what you're seeing under "Your Current Invoice" on the "My Bill" page of the HughesNet MyAccount site?
HughesNet forward bills, so the bill that was generated (issue date) on 8/18/2019 is for the service month you're currently in, which will end on 9/18/2019. The next bill will be generated on 9/18/2019, which will be for service from 9/18/2019 through 10/18/2019, and so on.
Hope this helps. 🙂
